A little bit about myself
I am Luis, a portuguese chef with more than 20 years of experience in high end restaurants, hotels, catering and private chef services around Europe.
I trained at the prestigious Westminster Kingsway College and was awarded with the best student of the year.
My background is in French Cuisine, but I have also expanded my knowledge and skills into Mediterranean, Asian cuisine, and pastry.
I am dedicated to sharing my passion for good food. I like to create fine and unique meal experiences, from selecting the finest ingredients to ensuring impeccable presentation; I maintain careful attention to detail at every step.
I bring a personal touch and a dedication to client relationships, bringing out the best in every event or meal.
